Real Silk Hosiery Mill was once the largest U.S. shipper of C.O.D. parcel post packages, shipping more than 3 million per year. Their 10,000 person sales force sold socks and hosiery door-to-door and was one of the success stories of the 1920's.

Real Silk is still a success story today as one of the most sought-after residences in downtown Indy.
